Anyone who has actual or constructive possession of explosive materials during the course of their employment must fill out the Employee Possessor Questionnaire so that a background check can be conducted. Once you have completed all applicable fields, click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. We will have the document ready for you to sign at your training seminar.
